Bid item: “Expand capacity of server system for immovable property registration”
Bid reference number:    NCP-2.4.5

1. As part of “Smart Governance” project being implemented by Mongolian Government by soft loan funding by World Bank, General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration is implementing the sub-projects “to introduce online registration system for property right to Mongolia” and is striving to expand capacity of server system for immovable property registration”.
2. The eligible potential bidders are invited by Government Agency for Policy Coordination on State Property, the Implementing Agency of Mongolian Government to submit their expression of interest for sealed bid to supply equipment (servers etc) and provide the related information technology service necessary for System Centre located at General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration.
3. Bid selection shall be made as per national open bid selection rule set forth in Schedule 2 of Funding Agreement of “Smart Government” project  and  “Goods, works and consulting services procurement  by IBRD loan, IDA loan and donation by world bank, 2011”.     To be eligible for consideration of its bid, a bidder should qualify and submit financial and experience proof of the requirements   as below: Sales amount: average of the sales amount for the last 3  years (2014, 2015, 2016) shall be not less than 1 200 000 MNT;  the experience of similar work previously performed:  3 similar works were implemented  for  the last 3 years.
4. Bidders shall pay 50.000 MNT or easily convertible currency equal this sum, in irrevocable term,  have to submit written request for bid documents. The foreigners are entitled to submit their bidding documents.  National priority shall not be regarded.

 13 840 000 MNT Bid security for e- tender and bid must be delivered to the address of e-system prior   11:00  o’clock on April 10, 2017 and will be publicly opened, in the presence of the interested Bidders representatives, at 11:30 o’clock on April 10, 2017 . Bid  shall be valid for 90 days since its opening date.
