Bid item: supply of equipment for e-registration immovable property of   immoveable property authorities in 13 provinces”

As part of “Smart Governance” project being implemented by Mongolian Government by soft loan funding by World Bank, the General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration is implementing the sub-projects “to introduce online registration system for property right to Mongolia”. The eligible potential bidders are invited by Government Agency for Policy Coordination on State Property of Mongolia to submit their expression of interest for sealed bids to supply equipment which shall meet the client’s requirements, necessary for integrated online registration system and for online registration of archive documents of immoveable property authorities in 13 provinces of the country. 47 computers, 32 scanners, 26 printers and other accessories shall be supplied for e- registration in property departments in 13 provinces.

It is available to purchase a complete set of bid documents in 50.000 MNT or in freely convertible currency equal to it, in non-refundable term, upon submission of written request for obtaining bid documents. Bid is shall be effective for 90 days since its opening date.

 To be eligible for consideration of its bid, a bidder should qualify and submit financial and experience proof of the requirements   as below:

• Sales amount: average of the sales amount for the last 3  years (2014, 2015, 2016) shall be not less than  300000 USD or 740,000,000 MNT;  
• the experience of similar work previously performed:  3 similar works were implemented  for  the last 3 years, contracts shall be submitted.

Bid selection shall be made as per national open bid selection rule set forth in Schedule 2 of Funding Agreement of “Smart Government” project  and  “Goods, works and consulting services procurement  by International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Bank loan, International Development Association loan and donation by world bank, 2011”.

 4 260 000 MNT Bid security for e- tender and bid must be delivered.

Bid must be delivered to address: Ulaanbaatar, Bayanzurkh district, 1st khoroo, Peace avenue 16A, Governmental building IX, one stop service,   Tel:   62263014,62263038 prior 14:00  o’clock on April 27, 2017 and will be opened  in 14:30  o’clock on April 27, 2017 in the presence of the interested Bidders.

 The foreigners are entitled to submit their bidding documents.

National contractors’ priority shall not be referred.
